Pete joined Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate on January 1, 1997. He actually started his real estate career on October 3, 1993 with Realty World - McDowell and Company, also in Oak Harbor. Pete has helped numerous Sellers and Buyers complete real estate transactions ranging from residential/condos/vacant land to multifamily (duplex, triplex, fourplex, apartments) and commercial (office, retail, industrial) real estate. Pete also specializes in bank real estate owned (REO) properties.
